Jonathan Green, from Kansas City, Missouri, is a director, producer and writer of award-winning films and advertisements. He holds an MFA in Film Production from Full Sail University and BS in Film Production from University of Missouri Kansas City (UMKC).  His recent sci-fi short film, Crystal (2023), has been awarded Best VFX at the SFO Short Film Festival and recognized at five festivals and counting.

Other recent productions include Aftering (2022, co-producer and cinematographer), “XOPA” music video (2022, producer), How to Become a Hitman (2021, co-producer, cinematographer, editor). He has a passion for sharing his knowledge and helping the next generation of filmmakers find their callings through his work as a professor at Pepperdine University.
